You can save valuable time and avoid having to wait in a long telephone queue for a receptionist to answer. This will give you time for all sorts of other pleasurable activities, and take some of the strain off our hard working receptionists!

It’s really easy

After telephoning the Fernville Surgery number you are just a few clicks away from booking the first available appointment at the Surgery - to suit you - with the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner of your choice. This can be done at any time of the day or night, and as it is available even when the Surgery is closed.  There is no need to speak to a Receptionist.  This saves a great deal of time as well as being extremely convenient.

Patients can pick up the self explanatory leaflet available at Reception. It provides a short, simple, easy to read guide to the PATIENT PARTNER system.
