Important: Completing the form doesn’t automatically make you a patient. You will receive a text message to confirm once your registration has been accepted.
Before You Register
1. Total Triage Practice
We operate a total triage system. This means all appointment requests are assessed first by the duty doctor, to ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.

Appointments are not automatically offered and are allocated based on clinical need.
2. Parking
We have very limited parking on site. Our building has been adapted over time to meet increased patient demand; however, the number of car parking spaces cannot be increased, and these are shared with the pharmacy.
There is a local supermarket nearby that offers up to two hours of free parking, which many patients find more convenient.
If you do park in our car park and stay for more than one hour, please register your vehicle at reception to avoid receiving a parking fine.
3. To join our surgery you must:
- Live in our boundary area. You can check this using the postcode tool below (sometimes one side of the street is included, but the other isn’t).
- Complete the registration form carefully, including both your current and previous addresses. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Registering a child? Please include full details for parent or guardians- incomplete forms can’t be processed.

- Newborn babies whose parents are already registered with the practice
- New residents of care or nursing homes where we already have registered patients
- Patients already registered with another GP practice within our local area
- Patients living outside our catchment area
