We have temporarily paused accepting new patient registrations from individuals who are already registered with another GP practice within our local area. This decision has been made due to an unexpected rise in our patient list size, and is intended to help us maintain, safe, high-quality care for our existing patients. We will continue to review this position regularly and will update this page as soon as capacity allows. During this pause, we will accept new registrations from the list below:
Registrations Accepted
- New residents moving into Hemel Hempstead (within our catchment area)
- Children born to patients already registered with the practice
- First-degree relatives or partners of existing patients
- New residents of care or nursing homes where we already have registered patients
- Patients already registered with another GP practice within our local area
To register with our practice, you must reside within the surgery’s catchment area. Please note that the catchment area can sometimes include addresses on one side of the road but not the other.
Completion of the registration form does not guarantee acceptance as a patient and incomplete registration forms will be rejected
Please be aware that, in line with other local practices, we will implemented a total triage appointment system in March 2025.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your healthcare needs.
