From Monday 12th December 2022, we will be changing the way we book same-day appointments and deal with all admin queries.
If you require a same-day appointment or have an admin query, please visit our website at: www.fernvillesurgery.org and click on the red box labelled ‘Consulting Room’. Your request will be reviewed and actioned by the right person at the right time.
If you require any assistance with completing the online consultation form, or wish to book a routine appointment; our reception staff will be happy to help you.
This is a nationwide change being implemented across GP practices by NHS England to help improve access to those patients who need it most.
We thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we apply these changes and ask that you please treat all staff with courtesy and respect. We operate a zero tolerance policy and any violent, abusive or racist behaviour will not be tolerated.
